Notes: Metal levels are based on how enrollees and an insurer split costs. For each level, enrollees pay different percentages of annual costs for care. Bronze plans have the lowest monthly premium but high deductibles. Silver plans have moderate premiums and moderate deductibles. Gold plans have higher premiums but low deductibles. Platinum plans have the highest premiums and lowest deductibles. Those eligible for cost-sharing reductions must enroll in a Silver plan.
